What is the status of my order?

Dispatching your order is of course very important to us! Below is a list of the different status' which might be showing in your account area and what they all mean.

Pending - You have started the checkout process, but the order is not complete. 

Awaiting Payment - You have completed your checkout process, but payment has not yet been confirmed. 

Awaiting fulfilment - This is the buffer time between the order being placed and picked by our warehouse team. You should see this status change within 48 hours of placing your order. 

Awaiting Stock - Your order has been placed, but the item/s you ordered are not available to be dispatched just yet; this is also known as a pre order. Most pre-orders are dispatched within 1-2 weeks.

Partially Shipped - Only part of your order has been dispatched, due to items in your order being out of stock. This is also known as "splitting your order". 

Dispatched - Your order has been dispatched and you can expect to receive it soon, check your confirmation email for your estimated delivery dates. 

Cancelled - This should only show if you have spoken to a member of the customer service team and they have arranged a cancellation. 

Partially Refunded - Part of your order has been refunded and the item/s will not be dispatched to you. This could be for a number of reasons, however you should have received an email from a member of the customer service team, or requested to be refunded for the item yourself. 

Refunded - A full refund has been made to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 working days for this to show back in your account.
