I've received the wrong product , what do I do?

We're sorry you have received the wrong item in your order. We pack all our products with care, and bar code scan every item as it is packed.

We have also appointed two members of the team to independently check every order. However, mistakes occasionally happen and we strive to resolve any problem as quickly as possible.
